The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and Lifemans Kriek Brut is a Belgian beer with refreshing cherry, produced by mixed fermentation by Liefmans using large quantities of real fresh cherries. To be precise, this Kriek Brut actually consists of several cuvees of Goudenband and Oud Bruin beers. It is then matured for 18 months, during which the cherry flavour really comes into its own.
